In Chinese VN communities, there are two lists of 12 games each called the 12 divine artefacts and the 12 demonic artefacts (my translations). They are best known for being disturbing. About half of the first list contains mainstream and mainstreamish VNs like 3days, SubaHibi, Saya no Uta and Totono; the rest would probably be what you're looking for. The lists are in the bottom two collapsible boxes. I won't list them out, not sure I want them in my browsing/search history. But you can easily search for the Japanese name by copy-pasting the Chinese name and googling it with site:vndb.org.Note that they are actually galge lists, not general VN lists, so mostly bishoujo and yuri works are present (I believe at least one is BL though). Several are, for lack of a better term, bug-rape-gore by the looks of it.
