First off, a percentage of the general public (and probably an even larger percentage of true crime fans) are already aware of this case but what else can the Serial team add to what's already out there? There was obviously a lot going on behind the scenes and whatnot but I can't help but think that there's not enough there for an entire season of a podcast. Maybe 1 or 2 episodes of a podcast or a documentary (like the one on Netflix) but I'm unsure about an entire season of a podcast.
I guess time will tell.
